Company E-2 Combat Veterans Oral History Project
Company E-2 was formed in the 1959-1960 scholastic year as part of a major reorganization of the Corps from Branch Training to general ROTC. The Vietnam War would soon come, and former E-2 cadets have served with distinction in combat assignments then and since.
Payne Harrison, E-2 Class of '71, journalist, military thriller novelist, and historian, has embarked on the project of recording and perpetuating compelling combat histories of former E-2 cadets. The Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association is proud to be the repository of his work.
